Background

Dr Adelaine Wong is a Radiologist based in Northern NSW and the Gold Coast, specialising in diagnostic and interventional MSK radiology. Dr Wong received her degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, Canada, before obtaining her medical degree from the University of Calgary, Canada. Dr Wong completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. She gained further experience with clinical and research fellowships in Musculoskeletal radiology at the University of California, San Diego, USA. She has her Radiology Certifications for Canada, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

Dr Wong has enjoyed an international career in Radiology teaching and working in Australia, Winnipeg, (Canada), Taranaki (New Zealand), and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia). She is currently a consultant radiologist at Tweed Heads Hospital (Northern NSW) and at Lumus Imaging, Tweed Heads South. She is also a Senior Staff Specialist Radiologist at the Gold Coast University Hospital and Honorary Adjunct Assistant Professor at Bond University.

Outside of Radiology Dr Wong enjoys spending time with her family, surfing, and traveling.
