Dr Mitchell Yam is a Radiologist based at the Northern Beaches Hospital, Sydney. Dr Yam completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales followed by prevocational training in the Western Sydney Health District. Dr Yam’s radiology training was within in the Western Sydney Health District and Orange Health Service, NSW. Dr Yam furthered his radiological experience by completing an MRI Fellowship at Westmead Hospital in Sydney followed by a Breast Imaging Fellowship at the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute. Dr Yam joined Lumus Imaging on a Musculoskeletal (MSK) fellowship program at the Northern Beaches Hospital, Sydney. He also has published, peer reviewed articles and participated in formal teaching programs at institutions such as The University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
