What’s next?
Over the coming 12 months, we will be updating our sites, delivering new referral pads and making some minor IT changes to our systems to align with our new brand name.
What do Referrers need to do?
Nothing. Our MLO will contact you and your Practice Manager at the appropriate with the appropriate updates, such as:
– When we will deliver new referral pads or stationary, and picking up the older versions.
– Updating your Inteleconnect/viewer bookmark at a time convenient to you.
– Updating your Practice Management Software (PMS) so it reflects this change in name to Lumus Imaging.
Please note: Your electronic access to reports will not change, and your password to Inteleconnect/viewer will remain the same.
What do patients need to do?
Patients will notice that the look and feel of our sites have changed. We will have appropriate signage at all of our sites to help guide all patients and answer any questions they have.
