Dr Susantha Weerasena is a Radiologist based in the Southwest area of Sydney. Dr Weerasena completed his medical training at Pavlov University, St Petersburg, Russia and radiology training in Sri Lanka in 2002. Dr Weerasena has also completed a General Radiology Fellowship at Westmead Hospital, Sydney in 2004. Dr Weerasena’s has previous experience working in large hospitals such as St. Vincent’s Hospital, Sydney, NSW and Launceston General Hospital, Tasmania. He joined Campbelltown Hospital as a Staff Specialist in 2008 and holds Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) appointments at Liverpool and Bankstown Hospitals. He is a general radiologist with special interest in chest, abdominal & oncology imaging.
