By using the LCS Calculator you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Lumus Imaging privacy policy. Please indicate your agreement after reading these terms by checking the consent box at the end of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of service, you will not be permitted to use the LCS Calculator.

Note that these Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Lumus Imaging in relation to your use of the LCS Calculator.
- The LCS Calculator is a tool that uses high level information you enter which is then run against modelling based on sources Lumus Imaging believes are reliable and accurate;
- The information provided to you by your use of the LCS Calculator does not constitute professional advice. The LCS Calculator does not provide a diagnosis, nor confirmation of the absence of, an illness or disease of any kind;
- Lumus Imaging reserves the right to update or correct the LCS Calculator at any time;
- Lumus Imaging makes no warranties, and makes no representations, that the information the LCS Calculator is based upon, or the information provided to you through LCS Calculator is accurate, correct, complete, reliable, or current;
- By using the LCS Calculator you agree to indemnify Lumus Imaging against any loss or damage Lumus Imaging may suffer, through negligence or otherwise, as a result of your use of, or in any way connected with, the LCS Calculator;
- Lumus Imaging does not accept or assume any liability or responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, expense or cost incurred by the use, misuse, reliance upon or interpretation of the information provided through the LCS Calculator;
- To the maximum extent prescribed by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumus Imaging and its officers, agents, contractors, employees and “related entities” (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) from and against all claims and liability in connection with your use of the LCS Calculator;
- The laws of the state of New South Wales govern these Terms of Service and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales;
- If a term of these Terms of Service is unenforceable, illegal, or void in any jurisdiction, then in that jurisdiction only the term is to be read down to the extent necessary so that it is not unenforceable, illegal or void. If that is not possible, the term is severed, and the rest of the Terms of Service remain in force;
- Lumus Imaging may revise these Terms of Service at any time;
- These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Lumus Imaging in respect of your use of the LCS Calculator.
